Default plan for residential buildings. Dispatcher-first with manager backup and 911 fallback on SEV 1.

Notification flow

  1. Tier 1

    On-duty Dispatcher

    If no acknowledgement within 30 seconds, advance to tier 2

  2. Tier 2

    On-Call Manager

    If no acknowledgement within 60 seconds, advance to tier 3

  3. Tier 3

    Property Manager

    If no acknowledgement within 120 seconds, advance to tier 4

  4. Tier 4Only SEV 1

    911 Emergency Services

    Fires immediately alongside tier 3
