Notification flow

  1. Tier 1

    On-duty Dispatcher

    If no acknowledgement within 45 seconds, advance to tier 2

  2. Tier 2

    Property Manager

    If no acknowledgement within 120 seconds, advance to tier 3

  3. Tier 3

    Security Supervisor

    If no acknowledgement within 180 seconds, advance to tier 4

  4. Tier 4Only SEV 1

    911 Emergency Services

    Fires immediately alongside tier 3
